HealthArc is a beta web application for families to upload, organize, and review health-related documents (such as lab reports and visit summaries) in one workspace. Features and availability may change during beta.
Does HealthArc provide medical advice?
No. Information shown in HealthArc is for your records and convenience only. It is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for care from a qualified clinician. Always follow your doctor’s guidance for medical decisions.
How do I get help with my account or a bug?
Email support@healtharc.in from the address associated with your account if possible. We are a small team and usually reply within two business days. You can also use the contact page for a pre-filled message template.
Who can see my data?
Access is limited by your account, family sharing settings, and our privacy policy. Read the privacy policy for categories of data, retention, and your rights. Do not upload information you are not allowed to store or share.
How do I join the beta?
Create an account from the home page or register link. Beta participation may be limited; status and expectations are described on the beta status page.
