HealthArc Beta Disclaimer
You are using a beta service
HealthArc is in active development. Features, data models, and user interface elements may change without notice. By using HealthArc, you acknowledge that:
- The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We may introduce bugs, make breaking changes, or take the service offline temporarily.
- We may contact you about significant changes, but you should not rely on notifications for critical health events.
- Some features visible in the interface may be partially implemented, disabled, or behave inconsistently.
Not medical advice
HealthArc organizes, summarizes, and highlights patterns in your family’s health records. It is an informational and organizational tool. It is not:
- A substitute for qualified medical advice.
- A diagnostic service.
- A prescription service.
- A replacement for emergency services.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, especially in urgent situations. If you believe you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately (in India: 112).
HealthArc’s automated analysis — including lab interpretations, medication intelligence, symptom patterns, and AI-generated summaries — is presented to help you prepare for conversations with your doctor. The accuracy, completeness, and clinical validity of these insights are not guaranteed. Do not make treatment decisions based solely on HealthArc output.
Data during beta
- Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure (see the Privacy Policy draft).
- We take reasonable security precautions but do not yet carry independent certification (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Aadhaar, passport, PAN, driver-license, and other government-issued identity numbers cannot be stored in HealthArc during beta. The interface does not offer a place to enter them. Only ABHA IDs and your uploaded photograph (optional) are collected as identity references.
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthArc and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service during the beta period, including but not limited to:
- Missed, delayed, or incorrect health information.
- Decisions made based on HealthArc output.
- Data loss or interruption of service.
Beta feedback and bug reports
If something looks wrong — a mis-parsed lab value, a misattributed record, an interpretation that contradicts what your doctor said — please report it. Contact: contact@healtharc.in.
Changes to this disclaimer
This beta disclaimer may be updated as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material updates will be shown to you again in the beta acknowledgement flow.
