What to include
Please help us help you by including:
- Your account email (if you already have one).
- The family or patient ID you were on, if relevant. Never share passwords, OTPs, or recovery codes — we will never ask for them.
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A screenshot or the URL you were on when the issue occurred.
Beta feedback and bug reports
If something looks wrong — a mis-parsed lab value, a misattributed record, an interpretation that contradicts what your doctor said — please tell us. The Beta Disclaimer sets the context for what HealthArc is and is not during this period.
Data deletion and privacy
To request deletion of your account data, email us from the same address you signed up with and include the line “Delete my HealthArc data.” The full data-handling posture is documented in the Privacy Policy.
Press, partnerships, investors
Please email support@healtharc.in with [Press], [Partnership], or [Investor] in the subject line so it routes quickly.
Medical emergencies
HealthArc is not an emergency service. If you or a family member are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately (in India: 112).
